FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Lal has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry and is one of the pioneer brokers in Hong Kong. He has specialised experience in life insurance, especially with high-risk cases.
His commitment to client relationship is astounding, and he now counts most of them as his friends. His integrity has resulted in him being a Life Member of The Million Dollar Round Table, the highest recognition in the industry for exemplary performance as well as the highest standards of ethics, knowledge, service and productivity.
Outside of the office, Lal is the President and a trustee of the Hindu Temple of Hong Kong as well as a Founding Member of the Sindhi Association of Hong Kong & China. He is also a past Chairman of The Indian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

DIRECTOR
With over a decade of client servicing experience under her belt, Shilpa heads our medical insurance portfolio. She works with multiple insurers globally to ensure clients get the best possible cover for the most competitive premiums. Shilpa brings a passion for client service, striving to ensure claims are settled fairly and promptly. Shilpa started her career in client servicing at Millward Brown in L.A.

Norman has over forty years of experience in General Insurance. He has strong relationships with local insurers and possesses a high degree of technical knowledge for a wide range of general insurance products. Norman has been invited to be an instructor at the Vocational Training Council in Hong Kong - a testament to his expertise and breadth of knowledge in the insurance field. ​

With three decades of experience in the insurance field, Kathy specialises in marine insurance. She liaises and coordinates with clients and insurance companies, and serves a large number of corporate clients in Hong Kong. Kathy is one of the original Lal's Insurance employees!​
